Fannish Fifty 4/50: Burn Notice fandom intro/essays
Once again formatting an old post, originally for Fandom Snowflake, for this. Adding some of my own metas (after deleting a spite!meta, more or less) and apparently I posted this without closing a tag on one of the older links? Whoops.
The downside of watching Burn Notice is that there are over 100 episodes, making it one of USA Network's few shows to reach that milestone. There’s also a TV movie. The upside is that, if you watch a few episodes, you do get what the show's about, despite the changes in Michael's burn notice arc over the seasons. The only thing that might throw you off is the addition of Jesse, a spy Michael accidentally burns in season 4. Other than that, well, feel free to jump into this show's canon anytime.
Some show related meta follows, although a lot of it is sorely out of date and mentions characters that have since been given the Chuck Cunningham treatment or have actually been taken out of or literally killed off the show.
