It's always awkward starting these letters, isn't it? But thank you for writing for me, writer.

Currently I write new and classic Who fics. In the past I have written Torchwood fics. I mirror my fics here (

merryghoul), at

merryghoul and

merryghoul (most of my fic is under the V psued). I also have new and classic Who and Torchwood recs on Pinboard.

Here is a list of things I don't want in my fic: character bashing, alpha/beta/omega, vomitplay and second person POV.

I'm fine with crossovers with Doctor Who (classic or new) with Torchwood. I'm not fine with crossovers from fandoms outside the Whoniverse. Please don't write non-Whonoverse crossovers for me in this exchange.

I'm also fine with AUs of all types and genderbending; however, you're not bound to AUs or genderbending. Any type of fic is fine with me.

I accept all ratings for fic.

With these pairings, I'm okay with shipfic and friendship fics. If the prompts don't work for you, I'm okay with platonic relationship, couples getting together for the first time, established couples, pornfics...it's up to you, really.

Here are my additional prompts for the couples I'm requesting:

Eleven/Clara: I didn't think these two had ample time to interact with each other outside of the whole "Clara risks her life to save the Doctor" subplot that dominated series 7. I'd love to see the two of them hanging out somewhere in the galaxy and getting to know each other better.

Eleven/River: I'd love to see River take the lead on a mission or a date, or doing something she wants to do for a change while the Doctor tags along--something that doesn't feel like River's living her life around the Doctor's.

Five/Tegan/Nyssa: The Doctor tries to take Tegan and Nyssa to someplace he's been before, but it's several years into that someplace's past or future from where the Doctor remembered it. It's much different now. Is it more treacherous? Lovlier?

Tegan/Nyssa: I'd like to see these two take a break from the Doctor. In Big Finish canon the two were allowed to vacation in Holland together, but if you have another idea for a vacation for these two (whether it goes right or goes wrong because of some alien attack or strange phenomena or something else), I wouldn't be opposed to it.

I can't say this enough, but you can't work with these prompts, anything with any of these pairings/characters is fine. I'm really easy to impress, as long as the fic is complete and doesn't have huge glaring SPAG errors.
