vmarigoldabrams. For AO3, I signed up with the merryghoul psued, but most of my fic is in the V psued. There's not a lot of fic in the merryghoul psued. I created the merryghoul psued for when people don't indicate that there's an AO3 collection for fic, to make myself easier to find on AO3. This is my second year doing Rare Ship Swap, but my first actually leaving a letter for anyone. (And last year, I just said "write me anything" for my sign-up. I'll be more helpful this time.)
I feel a letter best encompasses my squicks; it's grown larger than last year for various personal reasons. It's not a long list, I promise, but I don't want to jam it in every request on AO3.
Without further ado, I'll start with my squick list.
Please, no character bashing. This is my number one fanfic pet peeve.
Please, no fics with an alpha/beta/omega dynamic.
Please, no vomitplay.
Please, no crossovers, especially with a fandom not in this letter.
Please, no whump.
Just to cover my bases, although none of the couples I've requested have incest in them, please, no incest.
I'm very easy to please, as long as my squicks are abided by. I also have a list of tropes I like, in case you get stuck with my prompts:

John Diggle/Oliver Queen, Oliver Queen/Felicity Smoak, John Diggle/Felicity Smoak
John, Felicity and especially Oliver usually have to target their marks by pretending they're someone else or pretending they're doing something else. I'd love to see one of these couples working together on a case, but they have to pretend they're a couple--the old pretend couple/Undercover in a Gay Bar trope.
If those prompts don't motivate you, then anything with any of the above couples would be great!
Burn Notice
Sam Axe/Fiona Glenanne, Fiona Glenanne/Dani Pearce
I love the banter between Sam and Fiona. Pretty much this manifesto sums up most of my thoughts on them: they used to be bitter enemies because Sam ruined this pre-show gun deal Fiona had with Libyans, but over the course of the show, they've become friends, that, depending on who's writing their interactions, they openly admit it or reluctantly deny it.
With Fiona and Dani, they never really had a chance to interact together on the show, which is a bummer because Fiona never really gets to interact with female characters other than Madeline. They would've made a kickass team of partners if the show allowed them to be.
I'd love to see either of these couples work a job together, whether it's sanctioned by the CIA or not. (I'm not picky about how the job happens.) Or a fic where these couples have to save Michael (and/or Jesse, if you're familiar with him).
If those prompts don't motivate you, anything with either one of the above couples would be great!
Doctor Who (1963)
Fourth Doctor/Sarah Jane Smith, Tegan Jovanka/Nyssa of Traken, Fifth Doctor/Nyssa of Traken, Third Doctor/Jo Grant
For any of these couples, I'd love to see them meet a villain that pops up from another Doctor's era. For example, what if the Fourth Doctor and Sarah Jane had to outwit the Rani? Or if Tegan and Nyssa or Five and Nyssa had to face off against the Celestial Toymaker? Or Three and Jo battling Ice Warriors? If you go with this prompt, the sky's the limit. I've seen all the TV serials but have only heard a few Big Finish audiobooks, but don't be afraid of spoiling me. I've also seen all of the 2005 version of Doctor Who, so if you feel like having a newer Who villain face off against Classic Who Doctors and companions, that's great as well.
If that prompt doesn't move you, then anything with any of those couples would be great!
Once Upon a Time

Aurora/Mulan, Daniel/Regina Mills, Red | Ruby/Snow White | Mary Margaret, Huntsman | Sheriff Graham/Red | Ruby, Grumpy | Leroy/Nova | Astrid, Neal | (skip) Baelfire/Emma Swan
(A bit of a spoiler, but if you're not caught up, (skip) Neil is Baelfire..)
Since this show's mythology is so vast, I have prompts for all of these couples.
Aurora/Mulan: adventures in the Enchanted Forest, after Snow and Emma returned back to Storybrooke. Or an AU where Aurora and Mulan were always in Storybrooke, but they never knew they had any previous interactions until the first season's spell was broken.
Daniel/Regina: Regina defying Cora and going on an adventure with (living!) Daniel in the Enchanted Forest. It can be as simple as a nighttime ride while avoiding Cora, or something more cracky, like they somehow end up in Wonderland, Neverland, Belle's hometown--anywhere!
Red/Snow: A variant of "Snow-White and Rose-Red," but without Snow and Red being related by blood. Snow and Red face off against crazed bears, evil trolls, possibly Regina and whatever else is in the forest. Or Red trying to calm Snow down in the Enchanted Forest after she had sworn off Charming's love. Or Red helping Snow out with whatever magic she's learned in the forest, and Snow helping Red out with wolfstime/her transformations.
Huntsman/Red: In the Enchanted Forest, the Huntsman mistakes Red for his own wolf, or a wolf terrorizing Granny...what happens next?
Leroy/Astrid: I'm still wondering if they had any proper (and probably unusual) dates once they realized who they were in Storybrooke. We really don't see a lot of them together in the show.
Neil/Emma: Road shenanigans between when they first met until when August told Neil to abandon Emma. I imagine them to be like Bonnie and Clyde...well, before Bonnie and Clyde decided to be more ruthless and murderous.
If none of those prompts work, then anything with any of these couples would be great!
