My general likes are: casefic, bondage, hurt/comfort, canon AUs, noir AUs, fairy tale and/or mythology AUs, angst, fluff, apocalypses/dystopias, zombies, curtainfic, knifeplay, begging, vanilla sex, vacations (gone wrong and gone right), porn and PWPs, bloodplay, gunplay, crackfics, the friends to lovers trope, enemies fighting each other while in a relationship, banter, tattoos, femdom, darkfic, magical people and worlds.
My general dislikes are: Character bashing, characters constantly getting hurt, vomitplay, fics in the second person, unwanted crossovers, ABO, high school AUs, mundane AUs for sci-fi/fantasy canons, schmoop.

I've provided prompts, but if you can't work with them, feel free to write/draw anything you wish.
I have seen all episodes aired for everything I'm requesting; see the notes on Doctor Who and Torchwood for other spin-off stuff. Also, especially for the newer TV shows listed below, here be spoilers--be careful.
Doctor Who:
With any of these pairings, if you'd like to, Torchwood and/or New Who crossovers are fine. Please, no crossovers with fandoms other than Torchwood and/or New Who.
I haven't heard all the Big Finish audios, and I haven't read a lot of tie-in books/comics with Doctor Who. But I wouldn't be opposed to elements of those books and audios appearing in your fic, if you choose to include them.
Fifth Doctor/Nyssa of Traken
The TARDIS sends them somewhere to stop some sort of catastrophe or person from taking over something. Or maybe Five's able to control his TARDIS for once and he's able to take Nyssa on a date without having to save people somewhere in the universe.
Fifth Doctor/Tegan Jovanka
Five tries to cheer Tegan up after Tegan witnesses or goes through a traumatic event. Or Five and Tegan get into an arguement--what happens next?
Fifth Doctor/Tegan Jovanka/Nyssa of Traken
Five tries to take Tegan and Nyssa to someplace he's been before, but it's several years into that someplace's past or future. Or anything where the three of them get into a spot of trouble and have to get themselves out of it.
Tegan Jovanka/Nyssa of Traken
The two of them have some sort of vacation away from Five, whether it's by accident or intentional. Or the two of them having to save a planet/civilization/etc.
Third Doctor/Jo Grant
Three gets to take Jo on a final trip in the TARDIS, whether it's just before she was married, before the end of her life--any period of her life, really. Or Jo having to get Three out of danger, for a change.
Elementary:
Irene Adler/Sherlock Holmes (Elementary) (Where Moriarty is pretending to be Irene.)
"Irene" convinces Sherlock to sit for a painting. Or Moriarty arranges a crime involving art; Sherlock has to solve the crime, and "Irene" tries to distract him.
Jamie Moriarty | Irene Adler/Joan Watson (Elementary)
Moriarty kidnaps someone close to Joan (Sherlock, Mycroft, Bell, etc.--your choice) and Joan has to solve Jamie's game to save them. Or maybe Moriarty needs help with something and Joan, of all people, is the only person that can solve Moriarty's problem.
Orphan Black:
Beth Childs/Alison Hendrix
A situation where, shortly after Beth learns about the clones, Alison attempts to help her deal with the clone conspiracy. Or an AU where Beth chooses not to step front of the train and Alison's having second thoughts on her marriage.
Helena/Jesse (Orphan Black)
An AU where Helena decides to run off with Jesse in the bar, going on adventures with him. Or (now) another AU: Helena meets Jesse again after the Prolethean compound is burned down--what happens when Jesse finds out she's pregnant?
Alison Hendrix/Sarah Manning
An AU where Sarah meets Alison as a single mother. Or Allison finds her self in some illicit activity, and Sarah has to get her out.
Paul Dierden/Sarah Manning
An AU where Paul stays loyal to Sarah and the two go on the run from DYAD. Or something more canon-divergent (and now also AU): Paul gets the nerve to leave DYAD to rejoin Sarah's side, Rachel be damned.
Sarah Manning/Cal Morrison
Anything set pre-series: how the two met, anything they did together, how Sarah planned to rip him off before leaving, etc. al. Or anything with the two of them on the road with Kira.
Helena/Sarah Manning
An AU where Sarah went to the police station to help Helena. Or the two of them on a camping trip (like the one in canon, or a different one).
Sleepy Hollow:
Please, no Jenny/Abbie as a background pairing. Jenny + Abbie friendship is fine.
Ichabod Crane/Katrina Crane
Ichabod risking his life to do or get something for Katrina. Or Katrina escaping from the Headless Horseman, saving Ichabod from vines and a grave (again). (I know the latter situation will most likely be AU when the second season starts, but I don't care.)
Frank Irving/Jenny Mills
The two of them going on some sort of date. Or the two of them having to defend a supernatural threat by themselves.
Ichabod Crane/Katrina Crane/Abbie Mills
The three of them fighting evil together. Or something set in the first season but AU: Katrina somehow finding a way to pull the both of them into Purgatory to deal with something.
Katrina Crane/Jenny Mills
Katrina is told by another character that Jenny exists; Katrina finds a way to meet her. (Or vice versa.) Or Jenny is repossessed by Ancitef (the demon who possessed her in "The Vessel"). What does Katrina do?
Katrina Crane/Abbie Mills
Katrina finds ways of pulling Abbie into Purgatory. Or the two of them saving someone or something from some threat.
Torchwood:
I've heard most of the Torchwood audio stories (not the audio plays with Barrowman, Myles and GDL), and I've read the Miracle Day tie-in books (but not the Torchwood books that came before those, or the comics). But feel free to include anything from the books, audiobooks or comics if you wish--I won't mind.
Crossovers with Doctor Who are fine. Please no crossovers from fandoms other than Doctor Who.
Suzie Costello/Toshiko Sato
Suzie and Tosh celebrating one of Suzie's birthdays together while Suzie was alive. Or something set after the second series (and AU from Children of Earth and Miracle Day), where Suzie comes back to life and tries to bring Tosh to life as well.
Gwen Cooper/Suzie Costello
An AU where the two of them worked together in Torchwood. Or something where, after her death, Suzie is in some way still connected to Gwen.
