I'll start with my DNWs. I would like to not see or read about the following:
character bashing
crossovers
excessive whump (what I would call "characters constantly getting hurt")
vomitplay
high school/college AUs
mundane AUs, especially for the sci-fi and fantasy canons I've requested
curtainfic/curtainart
anything dealing with non-canon impregnation, babies, and/or children (I'm fine with things like Helena being pregnant in Orphan Black, or Fiona raising Charlie in Burn Notice)
fics written in the second person
works based around songs
For this exchange, I'm requesting fanart and fanfic!
So here is what I'm requesting this year:
Orphan Black
Helena: The show's treatment of Helena frustrates me. It seems like every time after the show sets up this "we are family" motif, Helena ends up kidnapped, missing, or leaving the Leda clones, and to me, it feels like the antithesis of family. I'd love to see something where she interacts more with any of the clones and isn't sidelined in any way. I'm also interested in anything about Helena's childhood or anything set before the canon. Or you can focus on Helena's relationship with Jesse. I hate that he's only appeared twice in the show and he's disappeared (twice) without an explanation. A scene from any part of their relationship would be awesome.
Group: Helena & Sarah Manning: I hate how distant they seem to be in the show, and yet they're actually related by birth. I'd really love to see something where Sarah gets more involved with Helena's pregnancy, or anything which has the two connecting more than what we've seen on the show, really.
I'm not opposed to clonecest and/or incest for these two, but I am also happy with gen works.
Please no: Cosima/Delphine, Beth/Alison, or any pairing with Rachel in the background (other background pairings, canon or not, are fine with me).
Note: I have read the first five comic books, but not the Helsinki miniseries with MK. I don't think that latter miniseries will affect my prompts too much, however. Otherwise, I'm caught up with the show.
Doctor Who (1963)
Group: Nyssa of Traken & Tegan Jovanka: Two ideas. The first: The two of them on vacation. In Big Finish canon the two were allowed to vacation in Holland together, but if you have another idea for a vacation for these two (whether it goes right or goes wrong because of some alien attack or strange phenomena or something else), I wouldn't be opposed to it. The second: someone matchmaking them (if you ship them). I'm inspired a bit by this meta, but it doesn't have to be the TARDIS--it can be anyone! Adric, Turlough, the Doctor, Ainsley!Master, a New Who and/or Torchwood character--go nuts! I like gen, Tegan/Nyssa, or Tegan/Nyssa/Five equally for this part of the Classic Who canon.

Ashildr | Lady Me (DW 2005): I'd really like to see something from Ashildr/Me's life that never was seen in the four episodes she was in. Her exploits during the 800 years of adventure she had between "The Girl Who Died" and "The Woman Who Lived" (her exploits in war, or that one time she tried to cure a village and was drowned for being a witch, or that one time she was a queen, or that time she was in the leper village, or anything else), what Ashildr did before she was mayor of that street, or even when she was mayor of the street. Or anything that happened between "Face the Raven" and "Hell Bent"--how did Ashildr end up in the cloisters of Gallifrey, alone with only a chess set to keep her company? Or you can make anything you'd like. I'm fine with gen, het, or femslash with Ashildr/Me.
Note: If you know of the book The Legends of Ashildr, feel free to Joss the stories in the book or straight out ignore them. Especially "The Triple Knife," because I felt that short story contradicted things mentioned in "The Woman Who Lived" in regards to Ashildr losing her children during the Black Death. If not, you don't have to seek out that book to make anything for me for this prompt.

That one time their TARDIS was a meeting place for the Eleventh Doctor, Amy, Rory, and River. I repeat: anything with these two would be awesome. I ship these two, but am not opposed to gen.
Group: Amy Pond & River Song: I'd love to see mother/daughter adventures between Amy and River. I imagine River used her vortex manipulator or even stole the Twelfth Doctor's TARDIS for a mother/daughter trip. Or I'd love to see them save someone (the Doctor, Rory, or anyone else in the canon) from something. But I am happy with anything you create. I ship these two, but am not opposed to gen.
River Song (DW 2005): I'd love to see any of River's adventures not traveling with the Eleventh Doctor. For instance: Anything mentioned in "The Husbands of River Song," like any of her marriages or that one time she was transporting dragon eggs. Or anything similar to The Diary of River Song, where she goes on archeology digs or gets involved in murder mysteries. But if you can't work with these prompts, I'd like anything you can create with River. I'm fine with gen, het, or femslash with River.
Group: Clara Oswald & Missy (DW 2005): For this group, I'd prefer the dynamic to be as twisted as possible; I'd rather not see the two of them have a loving relationship. I'm interested in what could've happened if Missy decided to take Clara on as a companion instead of getting Clara in the Doctor's life. Or I like the idea of Missy turning Clara into her idea of the perfect companion (her companion or the Doctor's companion, your choice). I like this fic's take on the idea, but you don't have to follow it at all. But I'd love to see your take of the two, if these ideas don't work for you.
Missy: I'd like anything where she's toying with the Doctor, getting a rise out of him as a part of some scheme. I'm even open to Missy getting into trouble on her own--I can see her as one of the former rules of Tivoli. Anything with Missy would be awesome. I don't mind het, femslash, or gen with Missy.
Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt
Group: Kimmy Schmidt & Xanthippe Voorhees: I missed Kimmy and Xanhippe's fights from the first season, and I'd like something With Kimmy and Xanthippe together, I'd love to see the two fighting over something. What do they fight about? Who "wins?" Is there any revenge sworn? Or you can come up with anything you like between the two. Gen only, please.
Group: Kimmy Schmidt & Jacqueline Voorhees: I'd like something to focus on Jacqueline's dependence on Kimmy--something along the lines of Kimmy going along with the facade that Jacqueline is rich (like Kimmy going along with babysitting to the point where she's stepping into other people's limousines), or that period of time where Jacqueline had minor emergencies to the point where it cost Kimmy her job at the Christmas shop. I'd be happy even with something where Kimmy offers support to Jacqueline. Gen only, please.
Luther
Alice Morgan: I'd love to see Alice's adventures between Series 2 and 3. Where did she go? What did she do? Who was her husband, and why did she kill him? Or I'd like to see Alice's life with John before her death(?), set before Series 4. Or anything with Alice would be lovely. I'm happy with gen, het, femslash, threesomes, and/or moresomes with Alice and any other characters from the show.
The Librarians
Group: Cassandra Cillian & Eve Baird: I'd love to see the two of them save any of the other Librarians, Jenkins and/or Flynn from something. Or I'd love to see the two of them in that alternate dimension where Cassandra was the Librarian and Eve was her Guardian until her death. (I'm still sad that, in terms of F/F subtext, that's all the show's given us about Cassandra and Eve's relationship.) Or you can go with whatever you want to create. I don't mind. I ship these two, but am not opposed to gen. I also don't mind Eve/Flynn. I would prefer not seeing any other ships from this canon as a main pairing and/or as a background paring.
Burn Notice
Fiona Glenanne: Something where she's doing some sort of job--alone, with the rest of Michael's team and/or Madeline, etc. Or Fiona finally getting a break and doing what she'd rather do when she's not doing a job--going to the beach, seeing a movie, going to the shooting range, etc. Anything with Fiona would be awesome. I'd prefer it wasn't pre- or post-series, but I won't be angry if the work is set pre- or post-series. I ship all of Michael's team (but not Madeline) with Fiona, but gen is also great. Femslash is also great!
American Horror Story: Hotel
Group: Countess Elizabeth Johnson & Ramona Royale: Anything about their relationship during the late 70s and throughout the 80s. Luring unsuspecting guests into their bed, life in the hotel, possibly dealing with any of Elizabeth's children, or anything else would be great! Gen or femslash is fine for this prompt.
Game of Thrones
Note: I haven't read any of the books in ASOIAF. I would prefer not to get anything that includes canon from those books and/or anything heavily set in that book canon.
Arya Stark: I'd be pleased to get anything with Arya. If you'd want a specific part of her story to focus on, I am interested in anything set pre-series, rebelling against the lady she's supposed to become; her travels with the Hound; or anything with Arya in Braavos--getting to the city, her misadventures in the city, dealing with life in Braavos and/or in the House of Black and White while blind (and occasionally getting beat up by the Waif). I'm happy with gen or femslash, if you want to ship someone with Arya. For Arya, though, I don't want to read anything with her in a het relationship.
Brienne of Tarth: I'm interested in Brienne's pre-series story, her travels and misadventures with Jamie, or anything with her traveling with Sansa and Podrick (and Theon, if you'd like) in the North. But if those ideas don't move you, I'd be happy with anything you write. I'm happy with gen, het, or femslash for Brienne.
