1. My heart’s not in Be the First this year. Every canon I considered writing for this year is intimidating me, alas. I won’t post anything to the collection.

2. But I finally have an idea for my femslashficlets tables? I’ve seen the first two episodes of Killing Eve. They haven’t been what I’ve been expecting. I don’t mean this in a good way. The show passing into a different showrunner’s hands every season isn’t working, at least for me. And maybe for other people, because I didn’t see the show pop up in the cable ratings on SpoilerTV for the past week. I’ll still stick with season 3 unless it really turns me off to the point I’ll look for a new femslash fandom to consume. That said, I’m working on an alternative season 3, in a way, where I pull a Breaking Bad and somehow get Villanelle and Eve to Alaska without killing each other.

3. Can I stay focused enough to write a Jukebox fic in about a month? Especially since writing exchange fics has become a slower process for me to do in more recent years? We’ll see.
