tl;dr a combination of doing too much, doing too much combined with exchanges, and backhanded criticism (every time I type this, it sounds so negative, and I don’t want to be; I’m tired of sounding like that) kept me away from this challenge, but I decided to come back. Especially since—shocker!—I might sit out Yuletide this year. Everything I’m currently into is way too big, and I’m not into the small fandoms I once was into, at least this year.

I have something short in the works coming up, actually. And please feel free to give me criticism if you have any. I mean, don’t be a jerk about it and don’t try to get me to write like someone else. But tips to help improve my work and even beta jobs would be lovely.
